Petal pink cotton body with inset cotton crochet lace yoke, high ruffled neckline and massive puffed sleeves with lace trim. Buttons up the back. Extra darts around the waist in front and back so this piece is nicely fitted

True deadstock - purchased from the designer's warehouse in Los Angeles where it has been stored for over 40 years. Carefully hand cleaned and ready to wear!
