Our female strength training hour includes weight training, TRX body weight exercises, plyometrics (jumps), and core training. Lead coach Basia Drilling, a registered sports dietician and Fortis gym operations lead, will run this program. Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 6 - October 27. **Make-up workouts available if you have to miss some days. Times: 5:00-6:00pm Location: Fortis Gym inside Champions Hall
