Specializing in working with chronic pain and injuries as well as with those just getting started, Lisa Day Harvey teaches Pilates and yoga online and in person in Jupiter, FL.

Her teaching focuses on mindful movement, to build strength, release tension and create ease in commonly tight areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, hips, knees and legs.  The benefits include increased strength, flexibility and endurance as well as improved posture, balance, lung capacity and focus.
