Sandra McNeill believes in the benefits of yoga so much that she’s started practising it in the community full-time. | The St. Vital resident created her yoga program — Your Best Yoga — last November and recently registered it as a business. | McNeill’s focus is on providing inclusive programming for individuals that may have some misconceptions, or even fears, about trying yoga, and her aim is to try and make it accessible for those who might otherwise not have the opportunity to try it out. | “My class sizes are small and I put a lot of effort into making people feel safe, comfortable and confident in their yoga practice, especially first-timers,” said McNeill, 31, who currently practises out of Winakwa Community Centre.
