Some other great uses are: under dresses, dancing, bike riding There is no elastic in the top or bottom - we have just hemmed them and they may not be suitable for vigorous activity & may slip down if not firm enough. These are designed to fit snugly to the leg - if you want to wear them over leggins or jeans etc go up a size!
