LV.1 Intensive Program STOTT PILATES® Spring + Fall, 2024

Do you want to become a Pilates teacher? STOTT PILATES LV.1 Intensive Program (LV.1 IP) is a comprehensive training blocked into three modules: Intensive Mat Plus (IMP), Intensive Reformer (IR), and Intensive Cadillac, Chair & Barrels (ICCB). Upon completion of this internationally accredited program, you will be a teacher, coach and guide for Pilates students under STOTT LV.1 Intensive Program Certification. STOTT PILATES offers a safe, effective and contemporary approach to the original Pilates method based on modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation. We will offer Advanced Matwork (AM), Advanced Reformer (AR), and Injuries & Special Populations (ISP) later in the year or 2025 based on your interest and demand.
