Resistance Band Hip Flexor Bicycle

To perform this exercise do the following steps: Step 1: Wrap the band around the front half of both of your feet. Step 2: Lay down on your back with both knees pointed up towards the ceiling. Step 3: Bring your right knee up towards your shoulders and push your left leg down and lock it out. Step 4: At the same time move both legs and alternate positions back and forth in a bicycle motion. Step 5: Repeat this motion for the desired amount of repetitions.
