This is not a program to start with. You need to begin with Hypertrophy Rebirth or Hypertrophy 2.0 as well as Strength or Strength Rebirth before beginning this program or the original P & S program.  This second P & S program is less traditional in its make-up.  This is to drive an extremely athletic adaptation to the CNS as well as the muscles, bones, and connective tissue.  There is a HIGH level of accuracy needed in this program.  Without this precise necessity of movement patterns, you will be missing the entire purpose of this program. Point is…do the exercises exactly laid out on our membership website video series.  This program is designed to create durability and an injury resistant body within the tendons, ligaments, as well as muscles.  This program will not only train the muscles at high velocity
