Basically, think in terms of the width of your back and the width of your breasts, if you are petite but have large breasts, you will most likely wear the A-D size, if you wear a bra that is a 38 band or larger and your breasts are wide and full, you should order the DD+ size--even if you don't wear a DD cup.
