This is my fifth attempt at using Eyelash yarn and salt to produce a very interesting texture that would work great for backgrounds in certain paintings. ProcessArrange yarn on watercolor paper, wet the paper and yarn (I used a spray bottle), drop in color, add more water if necessary to keep everything wet, then sprinkle with saltas much or little as you like. Allow to dry thoroughly before removing yarn and salt.
