We are excited to continue our Community Kundalini Yoga classes( for age 15 & above) in-person for the 23rd year to help gain holistic health with guidance as follows. Venue: Online(MS Teams meeting) during winter(Nov - March), In-Person at Hindu temple community hall, Omaha NE during other months(Apr - Oct) (online mode on Wednesdays based on weather/other reasons) Who can attend: open to all levels (beginner? welcome) Wednesdays -> 6:10 pm – 7:10 pm CT Each session includes simple Yoga postures, breathing & focus/meditation. Full moon day meditation sessions( every month around full moon day), Stress management sessions( 1 – 2 sessions per year) are also conducted. Donation: ~$ 25 ( Monthly Donation) - Options available for Yearly donation(50% off) Please show your commitment to YOUR OWN holistic well being as well as support to UPFNA non-profit programs.
