Would you ever wear shapewear to exercise? We turn to shapewear to smooth out lines under our clothes—so why not at the gym too? There are plenty of brands that come with built-in shapewear (some of them even say their styles will slim you to an entire size smaller)—and, because they're made for sweat, they have flexible fabrics that wick away moisture.
